The CAM is another multi-function portable media player (PMP) from the house of Philips that is all ready to get into the markets anytime in very near future. This new PMP namely CAM weighs hardly 70 grams and comes in with a 2 inch LCD screen which can display up to 26 million colors.

This PMP has an integrated memory of 4GB, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), a built-in 2MP digital camera for capturing both still images and videos, an MP3/MP4 player, an FM radio, a voice recorder, a photo viewer and a TV-Out interface. Cowon V5 HD PMP making its debut in Japan

The Cowon portable media player made its debut in December last year and now the Cowon V5 HD PMP is ready to take the routes towards Japan and to reach there on 5th March. This Japanese made media player runs on Windows CE 6.0 OS and comes in the memory size of 8GB, 16GB or 32GB.

This PMP has got a 4.8-inch 800 x 600 LCD screen, an SDHC card slot, a USB port, an HDMI output, 720p HD video playback support. This media player has been tagged at a price of 29,800 Yen (about $326) to 39,800 Yen (about $435).
