Firefox 3.6 launch delayed until Spring 2010

Mozilla had confirmed to launch the new version of Firefox browser numbered as Firefox 3.6 (code named Namoroka – based upon Gecko 1.9.2) to its fullest in the month of December but now the sources have confirmed that the launch has been delayed until spring 2010.
mozilla-firefoxFirefox 3.6 will include the new features of built-in support for Personas (toolbar skins), notification of out-of-date plugins, full screen playback of Theora video, support for the WOFF open webfont format and many performance improvements like 25% reduction in start-up time on Windows.
Similarly, Firefox 4.0 which was expected to launch in 2010 has also been delayed to be released in Late 2010 or in the early hours of 2011. Though Firefox 4.0 beta version will be available by the summer of 2010.
