Stay updated with your Twitter Tweets while driving your Ford
Ford is now furnishing the drivers with its new MyFord tech which gives the option of reading Twitter Tweets via its latest in-car entertainment and control systems. MyFord includes an 8-inch touch screen in the dash on which these Tweets appear. At the beginning this new Ford technology will come out in the next 12 to 18 months in Edge and Focus model cars, with the promise of Tweeting behind the wheel in a year’s time.
A Wi-Fi hot spot will be established in the car by Ford’s new tech via which the passengers traveling in the car will get connected to internet. The Twitter-reading function works with an app called Open Beak. Through Ford’s new in-car tech you can aslo get connected to internet radio via Pandora’s mobile app.
