Rolls-Royce welcomes Torsten Mueller as a new CEO
Tom Purves when joined Rolls-Royce (R-R) as a CEO back in July, 2008 he was hardly an year or two steps behind the age of retirement as per BMW’s policy. And now finally his time to say Good Bye to R-R and to receive farewell from R-R has come. Serving about 25years for BMW group, Purves will be getting retired from his position by the end of March, 2010.
To fill this vacant shell Rolls-Royce has announced the name of Torsten Mueller as R-R’s new CEO. Muller too is a member of BMW family since past 20 years and had been running BMW global product management as his most latest job in BMW group. Mueller will be occupying the vacant seat of CEO at Rolls-Royce’s mansion at the end of March 2010.
